Catalyst Medical Center is SO excited to announce that Kinsey Nelson, MD and Kayla Nelson, DNP have joined our medical team, enabling us to expand our services in family medicine.
We offer wellness checkups, preventative care, routine screenings and more (see below). We’re thrilled for the future and will continue to do our best to serve you in every way!
Family Medicine Services We Provide
- Routine preventative care and wellness checkups for all ages including complete physical exams, well-child care, routine screenings and immunizations
- Chronic disease and medication management
- Evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses, infections or injuries
- Evaluation and treatment of mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression
- Sports physicals
- Male- and female-specific health concerns
- Contraception management/family planning
- Health education regarding nutrition and exercise
WE ACCEPT MOST MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE PLANS AND MEDICARE. REFERRALS NOT NEEDED UNLESS REQUIRED BY YOUR INSURANCE PLAN.
