Meet our Family Medicine team, Dr. Kinsey Nelson, Kayla Nelson, DNP, and our newest provider, Heidi Scott Fitzgerald, PA-C, DF-AAPA. Together, they offer comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults.
We focus on whole-person care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual and family. Whether it is a wellness checkup, an urgent need, or long-term health management, our team is here to help you feel your best at every stage of life.

Family Medicine Services We Provide
- Routine preventative care and wellness checkups for all ages including complete physical exams, well-child care, routine screenings and immunizations
- Chronic disease and medication management
- Evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses, infections or injuries
- Evaluation and treatment of mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression
- Sports physicals
- Male- and female-specific health concerns
- Contraception management/family planning
- Health education regarding nutrition and exercise
