We are currently hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant specialized in General Practice with interest in Dermatology, ENT or Allergy to play a multifaceted role on our collaborative team. This individual will practice at our Fargo location.
Position Requirements:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge and decision-making skills, while working both independently and I collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The NP/PA to join us would ideally have Dermatology experience s they will be working in the Clinical Spa.
- Graduate from an accredited PA/NP program
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse (if NP) in North Dakota, eligible for Minnesota licensure
- Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Dakota, eligible for Minnesota licensure
- Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred
- Current DEA license
- Successfully pass a background check

We are currently hiring a part-time to full-time Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medication Assistant III for our Nursing Department at our Fargo location.
Position Requirements:
- Currently licensed in North Dakota, eligible for Minnesota licensure
- One year experience in dermatology/plastic surgery office/clinical setting, or med spa
- Comfortable with and have the experience with skill
- Comfortable with facial aesthetic treatments
- Ability to work flexible hours mainly between 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday’s
- Possible travel once a week to one of our outreach clinics in Jamestown, Grand Forks, or Detroit Lakes
- Knowledge of skin care products and services and comfortable educating patients
Position Responsibilities:
- Performing consultations on patients and prepping the patient for the procedure/treatment
- Prepare supplies in work area for procedures/treatments
- Oversee preparation of exam rooms which include restocking medical supplies, educational materials and pharmaceutical supplies and samples
- Educate, review and explain pre and post care instructions and the full process of the procedure to patients
- Obtain and document patient vitals, conditions, and reactions to treatments
- Return patient phone messages, triage incoming calls, pre-certify surgical and other procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance guidelines
- Attend and maintain training relevant to role, including practice management software, CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, fast learning, caring and compassionate Patient Service Specialist for our Medical Clinic located in Fargo. A Patient Service Specialist engages with new and existing patients with an outgoing personality. Excellent listening and communication skills, professional demeanor, and a passion for exceptional customer service are just a few of the qualities that would make a successful Patient Service Specialist.
This is a full-time position with hours ranging from 7:30AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in customer service, clinical spa or concierge service required.
- Experience handling a large volume of calls and strong communication skills required.
- Must possess strong computer skills
- Previous experience in a health care setting preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: **
- Open and close the clinic according to protocol.
- Register arriving patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure all new patient paperwork is completed accurately, photo ID, insurance, billing and HIPAA information is collected.
- Verify patients’ insurance eligibility
- Maintain patient records and patient confidentiality, comply with HIPAA and practice compliance guidelines.
- Confidently answer and convert calls into scheduled appointments while providing exceptional customer service to each caller.
- Detailed knowledge of the clinic specialties, products, and current promotions to inform and educate patients.
- An understanding of each provider's individual skills and abilities to easily make scheduling decisions and recommendations to patients.
- Outbound calls to answer patient inquiries, book appointments and sell services.
- Check out patients working with providers and nurses
- Mark patients as departed or no-show, follow practice policy if no-show or short notice cancellation.
- Create reports and perform other administrative tasks.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This person will work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, and ensure we are compliant in all areas as it relates to finances, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
DETAILS
- Accurately record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records, and lunch reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Assist the Revenue Cycle Management department with Accounts Receivable as needed
SKILLS NEEDED
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- Associates Degree coupled with experience working in the filed
