Jenna Mazour, NP
I began my healthcare career over 20 years ago as a volunteer. I eventually began working as a nursing assistant, then as a nurse, nurse-manager, wound care specialist, and then a nurse practitioner.
My love for dermatology stemmed from my wound care experience and nursing background where I learned that dermatology is not just skin deep but what presents on the surface. Skin conditions can have a physical and emotional impact on a patient. I am passionate about treating the whole person and identifying a well-executed treatment plan that will be successful for each and every patient. I see dermatology patients of all ages for many different skin and scalp conditions including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, hair loss, skin cancer, and more.
I live in the beautiful lakes country of Detroit Lakes, MN with my husband and daughter. I enjoy water sports, tennis, and spending time with family.
Jenna Mazour holds a WCC (wound care certification) through the National Alliance of Wound Care and FNP certification (family nurse practitioner) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification Board.
Taylor Fontaine, PA-C
I chose to become a Physician Assistant after working as a Paramedic for 8 years. I was excited to use the knowledge and skills from my first career and expand on it in a new role as a medical provider.
My areas of expertise include Allergy treatment and diagnosis, ENT (ear, nose and throat), and dermatology. I see most of Catalyst’s patients at one time or another in their treatment journey.
When I’m not busy helping patients, my world revolves around my lovely wife and two young boys. We are a BUSY family! I help coach my boys’ hockey, baseball, flag football, golf, and soccer teams. If there is any free time left you can usually find me on the golf course in the summer or catching a UND hockey game in the winter.
Taylor Fontaine is a Board Certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He maintains active licensure through North Dakota and Minnesota.
Lana Meyer, FNP-C
I specialize in treating women and their families. I have a passion for helping women be healthy so they can care for their families. I take a special interest in helping women balance their hormones through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and exercise.
I am not sure I chose this particular area of women’s health, but more, it chose me, and I am so thankful I am able to help! I also love treating the whole family, including children and men of all ages.
I am a single mother of 5 grown children, Spencer-25, Autumn-23, Rachael-22, and Ryan and Ross-19. They are amazing humans, and I am so proud of each of them! I find immense joy in spending time with my children. I am officially considered an empty nester as my twins graduated from high school this year. Our house is made more full with 2 dogs (Ginger and Daisy), a cat (Marvin) and a fish (Roy).
My life is made better by staying healthy by eating healthy, lifting weights, riding my gravel bike, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
Lana Meyer is AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners) certified.
