Dr. Susan Mathison
Our Founder, Dr. Susan M. Mathison, is a Stanford-educated, triple-board certified physician. She’s received numerous accolades for leadership and Top Doctor for her clinical skills. Dr. Mathison has been the pioneer of the region, bringing Botox to Fargo over two decades ago! She is involved in several organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead community, including Dakota Medical Foundation, TedXFargo, and The Choice Financial Board.
Jennifer Tinkler, FNP-BC, DCNP
I love dermatology because there’s a visible improvement in our patients’ quality of life.
I live in Bemidji, MN with my husband and St. Bernard. You can find me on the bike trail, kayaking on the Mississippi in the summer, cross country skiing and Snow Shoeing in the winter.
Jennifer Tinkler is a Board Certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner through the Dermatology Nurses Association.
I became a nurse injector because I love to make people feel better and enhance their natural beauty. I like doing all treatments but I especially enjoy doing combination treatments that offer incredible results.
I’m married, have two boys, and a wiener dog named Peter. I love to shop, travel, and golf!
Vicky Wells holds a BSN and is a Registered Nurse, licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota.
I’ve been practicing aesthetics for 10 years in Fargo. My passion is anti-aging and acne, and my mission is to help each person to see their true beauty, inside and out.
I love educating clients on skin care and their individual skin needs. Her vision is partnering with clients to create an individualized treatment plan.
I spend my spare time with my family, reading, or being outdoors. I’m also an aspiring vegan. The service I love to get is the microderm/dermaplane – it’s my secret to beautiful skin!
I have two boys, one daughter in law and two grandkids (boys). I was destined to be a boy mom and Nanny D.
D'Ann is a licensed esthetician and carries a special Oncology certificate.
I chose to specialize in aesthetics because I enjoy the challenge of enhancing a patient's natural features. The aesthetic industry is constantly changing and advancing, and I love continuing to learn and grow with it.
My favorite treatments are the ones that offer almost instant results such as neuromodulators and miraDry.
I live with my husband and three little kiddos and spend most of my free time cooking, reading, or working in my garden.
Madeline Faul is a registered nurse.
My passion for art and photography led me to fall in love with aesthetic nursing.
Aesthetics allows me to use my artistic eye to make women and men feel more confident and become the most beautiful versions of themselves. Along with Botox, lip and cheek fillers are my favorite area to use injectables to combat the aging process and increase the confidence of my patients.
My husband and I, along with our 3 beautiful children have lived and farmed in the Jamestown area for the past 25 years.
Chrystal Rittenbach graduated from the University of Jamestown with a BSN in 2001. She is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.
When I was in high school I had grade 4 acne. I learned so much about treating my acne, I developed a passion for helping others effectively treat their acne and the insecurities it can cause. Because of this, a lot of clients see me for my expertise with extractions.
I have a puppy named Tank, 2 cats named Winifred and Frank, and I spend most of my free time painting!
Kate Ackerman is a licensed esthetician in the state of North Dakota and is certified in eyelash extension. She also holds a PCA skin certification.
My specialty is liquid facelift with HA dermal fillers. I also love bio stimulators such as Sculptra and PRFM, and I will always love injecting all the neuromodulators.
I love working with Scarlett, Neogen, and Agnes at Catalyst. I am so glad to be at Catalyst and a part of Dr. Mathison's vision.
